Human Resources Management Standard ZFP-2007, IPED ("Fair Play Employment" standard, Polish: "Zatrudnienie Fair Play") is a management system, developed based on various Polish and foreign experience, that both improves the employees management and ensures compliance with the principle of equal chances and non-discrimination in employment. "Fair Play Employment" standard regulates complementarily the employer – employee relations.
Standard "Zatrudnienie Fair Play" został stworzony w ramach projektu "Zatrudnienie Fair Play. Promocja kultury przedsiębiorczości i etyki rynku pracy" realizowanego przy udziale środków z Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego w ramach Inicjatywy Wspólnotowej EQUAL.
